These terms cover everything you buy from SilverLion Technologies (Pty) Ltd, registration 2023/650917/07, 20 Frangipani Street, Kleinbron Estate, Brackenfell, 7561, Cape Town, South Africa: websites, brand kits, handover packs and our monthly app plans (App Starter, App Business, MiSalon, MiBusiness, MiStorage and the studio engine). Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown on our pricing page. We invoice in South African rand (ZAR); the US dollar, euro and pound prices are a guide for clients outside South Africa.
  • Every order gets an invoice with its own number. You pay through PayFast (card or Instant EFT) or by EFT into our bank account, using the invoice number as the reference.
  • Websites, brand kits and handover packs are paid once. App plans are paid monthly, in advance.
  • When your own clients pay you through our software, the money goes straight into your own PayFast, Yoco, Ozow or bank account. SilverLion never holds it, and those payments are between you and your client.

Delivery

Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is posted or couriered.

  • Websites: live on your own domain within 5 working days of receiving your words, photos and logo, and payment. Most go live sooner. If your domain still has to be registered or moved, that can add up to 3 working days.
  • Brand kit and handover pack: sent by email as download links within 5 working days of payment.
  • App plans: your login link is emailed within one working day of payment, usually within minutes.

If we cannot deliver in these times, we tell you on the same day and give you a new date. If we still cannot deliver, you get your money back in full.

Cancellation

  • Monthly plans: cancel at any time by email to info@silverlionlabs.com. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period. Your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again. You can export your data and take your website, words and photos with you.
  • Once-off orders: cancel by email at any time before we start work, at no cost.

Refunds

  • Before work starts: a full refund, including within the 7-day cooling-off period under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
  • After work has started: you pay only for the work done, and we refund the rest. Once the website or kit has been delivered and accepted, the once-off fee is not refundable.
  • Not as described: if what we deliver does not match what you ordered, we fix it free of charge. If we cannot fix it, you get a full refund.
  • Monthly plans: we do not refund part of a month after you cancel. If you were charged in error or twice, we refund the full amount.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid from, within 10 working days of approval. Email info@silverlionlabs.com with your invoice number to ask for one.

Your content

Your words, photos, logo and client information stay yours. You confirm you have the right to use what you send us. We use it only to build and run your service.

Our responsibility

We keep our software running and backed up, and fix faults as fast as we can. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of South Africa. If they change, the new version is published on this page with a new date, and changes to monthly plans apply from your next month.
