What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. When you email or WhatsApp us, we receive your name, contact details and your message. The contact form on this site does not store anything; it opens your own email or WhatsApp with the message ready to send.

The builder prepares your preview in your own browser. Photos you add there stay on your device until you place an order. Your currency choice is remembered in your own browser only.

Cookies and tracking

If you press Accept on our cookie notice, Google Ads sets a cookie so we can see which of our ads led to a free sign-up. We send Google no name, email address or phone number. If you press Decline, nothing from Google loads. You can change your mind by clearing cookies for silverlionlabs.com. Your Accept or Decline choice is kept in one cookie, sl_consent, for a year. We count visits to this site without cookies and keep no record of who visited. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser asks Google's servers for the font files.

How we use your information

We never sell your information, and we never market to your clients.

Your clients' information

When you use our software, your clients' information belongs to your business. We process it only to run the service for you, keep it separate from every other business on our systems, and let you export it when you leave.

Your rights

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email info@silverlionlabs.com. In South Africa you can complain to the Information Regulator. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR and UK GDPR give you the same rights, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
